By using the EVM Proxy API ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EVM Proxy is a multi-chain EVM blockchain data API. It provides read-only access to public blockchain data across 16 EVM-compatible networks.
You may register for an API key to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your key or embed it in client-side code. We may revoke keys that are abused or used to disrupt the Service.
Free tier: 60 requests per minute. Paid tiers have higher limits. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling or key suspension.
The Service provides blockchain data from public RPC endpoints and indexers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely on this Service as the sole source of truth for financial decisions.
You may not use the Service to: (a) conduct illegal activity; (b) attack or disrupt blockchain networks; (c) resell API access without authorization; (d) attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication.
Credit packs are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused credits do not expire.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." QUORAXIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
